Pilot Custom 823 Smoky Transparent Black Demonstrator style Fountain Pen. The Custom 823 is the longest of the Pilot Customs (even slightly longer than the top of the range 845, which has a marginally greater diameter by just 0.2mm). Being a Japanese nib it is more akin to a European Fine. Brand new, boxed with papers.
